2. What data we collect
We only collect the data you provide us through the forms on this website:
- Contact form: name, e-mail address, phone number and the content of your message.
- "Sell your car" form: name, e-mail address, phone number, details about your car (make, model, year, mileage, fuel type, transmission, asking price, remarks) and any photos you upload.
- Technical data: on every visit, our website sets a functional session cookie (see section 6 below).
3. Why we use this data
We only use your data for the following purposes:
- To respond to your enquiry submitted through the contact form.
- To assess a car you have offered and provide you with a no-obligation offer.
- Where applicable, to prepare and carry out the sale or purchase agreement of a car.
- To comply with our legal obligations, such as bookkeeping and invoicing.
The legal basis is either your explicit request (pre-contractual steps taken at your request), the performance of a contract, or compliance with a legal obligation. We never use your data for unsolicited marketing.
4. How long we keep your data
Data from the contact form is kept for a maximum of 2 years after your last contact with us, unless it leads to a purchase or sale — in which case the statutory retention periods for accounting records apply (generally 7 years). Data and photos of an offered car that does not lead to a trade-in are deleted no later than 12 months after submission.
5. Do we share your data with third parties
We never sell or rent your data to third parties for marketing purposes. We do work with the following processors, solely to make our services possible:
- SMTP2GO — for sending e-mail notifications when you submit a form.
- Our hosting provider — to keep this website technically running and to store the data.
Your data is only shared with other third parties where we are legally required to do so.
6. Cookies
This website does not use cookies for advertising, tracking or analytics. One functional/strictly necessary cookie is active:

Because this cookie is strictly necessary for the website to function, prior consent is not required under applicable regulations.
This website loads fonts via Google Fonts. This transmits your IP address to Google, but does not set a cookie.

- Have incorrect data corrected;
